Projects:
Worked with Ruth to create a series of modules offering concrete tools for STEM professors interested in creating a more inclusive classroom.
Worked on the Testimony Project, helping to consolidate student, faculty and staff interviews and identifying overarching themes and patterns within their stories.
Wrote a blogpost about the work of psychologist Dr. Nilinjana Dasgupta, whose research centers around the way in which gender composition in STEM peer groups can affect women’s academic performance.
